Buying Vintage

All of the items we sell are vintage and have led previous lives. Please expect typical wear that comes with age and use. Any significant imperfections and flaws will be described and photographed. Feel free to contact us with any questions about condition.

Shipping

In most cases, orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Certain items, such as furniture pieces, may require a longer lead time, which you will be notified of upon purchase. Transit times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Packages may be upgraded to FedEx or UPS delivery at our discretion. 

Local pickup in St. Louis, MO 63109 is available at no charge. Email Robin to make arrangements.

International Shipping

Most items are available for international shipping. Some heavy or oversize items like furniture may be limited to domestic deliveries. Feel free to contact us to discuss overseas shipping options for large items. 

International buyers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

Returns

Unless an item has been misrepresented or inaccurately described, all items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

That being said, we want you to love your purchase from Red Line Vintage! If for any reason you are not satisfied, tell us and we’ll do our best to make it right. Please contact us with any concerns.

If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide photo documentation of the damage, or to return the item. Please keep all shipping evidence until you receive further instruction.
